Simpson Strong-Tie EPB44HDGMB Installation Overview

1. Drill a 7/8″-diameter hole 4″ deep minimum and fill halfway with anchoring adhesive.
2. Insert the EPB44HDGMB and adjust to the desired height.
3. Ensure the threaded rod is embedded a minimum of 3 1/2″.
4. For cast-in-place, embed the end with a nut and bearing plate at least 4″ from the top of the concrete.
