1. Set the correct size cast-in-place anchor bolt
2. Place the HDUE holdown over the anchor bolt
3. Install all Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector Screws perpendicular into the wood member
4. Anchor bolt nut should be finger tight plus 1/3 to 1/2 turn with a hand wrench
