This Ultimate Ceramic Type 1 thin cut-off wheel is fiberglass-reinforced and designed for cool cutting on carbon steel and stainless steel. The ceramic abrasive helps resist loading, keeps surface temperatures down on heat-sensitive materials, and provides longer life and faster self-sharpening compared to traditional aluminum oxide and zirconia alumina wheels.
